This stairway gives off an uncomfortable aura, though not to the same extent as the western stairway. It still feels as though a bug is flying right next to your ear. Every time you try to brush it away, you find that there was never anything there in the first place. As you climb higher through the stairs, up each and every floor, the bug feels closer and closer, until by the time you reach the highest landing where it feels like it's right in your ear canal. There isn't anything on the highest landing - no doors, no bodies, nothing of note - so you decide it's best not to stay up there for very long.
The stairs both go up and down a fair distance. There are six landings, so you assume there would be three floors to access, but the highest two landings are both blank of anything whatsoever. If there is a third floor to this building, you don't think it can be accessed from here.
You almost step in a mound of gore on the second floor's landing - seconds away from bursting a pus bubble and sending a barrage of maggots flying to and fro. It's probably best not to do that, you decide.
The bannisters on the staircase are wobbly and not at all reliable. You do your best to keep your distance and not rely on them too strongly, especially on the upper levels.
There is a memo on the first floor's landing, and looking down to the basement, you see a corpse laying on its side. There doesn't seem to be a way to access the basement from this staircase, either.
